Exceptional hotel, very highly recommend
Posted Feb. 6, 2024 on HotelsPhenomenal staff, extremely friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate and it is located 100 M from the new bridge, an amazing location. Located in the centre of everything that Ronda is famous for. We loved our stay and would very highly recommend

This hotel is located right in the heart of Ronda. The views from our room were amazing. Our beds were comfortable. The only concern we had was that their parking was not available for the night we stayed there

No complaints at all. The communication prior to arriving was great. The apartment was beautiful. Garage parking (with fee) was quite easy... And the location, couldn't have asked for better. Wonderful! Stay and highly recommend. I traveled with two teenagers.

We only stayed here for one night. We were greeted by friendly staff. The apartment is very close to the famous bridge, the main street shops, and other main attractions. It has parking at extra cost.

Worst service ever! I really don’t recommend to stay at this place. We couldn’t get to our room for couple of hours . No any parking around. So inconvenient

Dear Daiva,Thank you very much for your comment.We sent you all the information about our work schedule when you confirmed the reservation and your response was "Ok, thanks for the info", but you arrived in the middle of the journey when any staff is at the reception (14h - 16h), because it is the break between shifts. We explained all this situation to you but it was not enough, so we went at the reception out of our work schedule to attent to your arrival triying to give you our best posibilities. We do not have 24h of reception and all this information is shared with our guests in the personal messages and in the booking platforms. We are so sorry if you did not enjoy your visit as much as possible. We tried to do our best even out of our work schedule to improve your experience.Best regards.
