Mal horario de atención, la primera noche, al llegar estaba cerrada la oficina y tuvimos que gastar en otro hotel, para pasar la noche

Javier, we apologize for the confusion upon arrival. The front office did send an email and text message pertaining to office hours and policies to the contact information provided with the reservation. There is also an emergency contact number for late arrivals on our phone system and at the front office bulletin board. It's good practice to call the property to confirm details before arriving. We hope that you and your family did enjoy the area.

Comfortable Good Location!
