Le site est magnifique et les divertissements variés. Plusieurs services sont disponibles (boutique, bars, divertissements). Un peu de maintenance serait requise (ex. remplacement des miroirs de salle de bain). Le personnel est serviable.

J'ai apprecié la flexibilté de nous accueillir dans les restos a la carte a presqu'a tout les soirs.La bouffe etais bonne.Belle plage avec differente section.J'ai aimé la rapidité a intervenir quand quelque chose ne fonctionnais pas dans la chambre.Le xoté pratique de l'app pour reserver les restos et acceder a de.l'info sur l'hotel. Ce qui m'as déplu.A l'arrivée a notre chambre il n'y avais pas de serviettes. Le coffre fort etais defectueux.Le refrigerateur ne fonctionnais pas.La poignée de porte patio etais defectueuse. Le buffet etais ordinaire Pas de variété et manquais souvent de stock... Les employés ne sont pas souriant et font de l'attitude..pas chaleureux.Parfois long pour avoir du service...meme a plusieurs employés ont dirais qu'il ne sont pas pressé de te servir.

The Beach was horrible, rocky and unsafe. The other areas of the property were lovely, clean, and inviting. The customer service was the best except that the a la carte experience was much to be desired, actually insulting. The service was not impressive and the hostess was rude prior to seating us.

All I can say good is that the staff were nice and accommodating otherwise the property is very old and outdated as far as inside areas like the rooms and eating areas etc. the food is trash! very old school the housekeepers uniforms look like maids from the 50’s My personal experience was being in a hot room on my wedding anniversary the air condition barely worked when they finally switched the room I got some relief but the smell of mold mildew was repulsive so I had to always keep the door open for fresh air when I was in my room I experienced prejudice like no other from guest on the property and actually got into a small altercation with a man who told me I will always be beneath him and it definitely was not provoked it was just a drunk man who expressed that he did not want Black people on the boat with him as we went on our excursion. I was actually approached by Security for clarification and the man lied and said that I assaulted him…the approach from Security made me feel terrible! luckily I only had one day left there and I couldn’t wait to leave!! this is disgusting behavior I’ll never go back there I didn’t feel comfortable protected or happy on my wedding wedding anniversary which I had emailed the property before I even got there that we were coming for something special and I would like to have something special done it wasn’t acknowledged until the last day I was there unfortunately.

my room was very outdated. And had a very rude encounter with one the life guard at the kids pool area.

Staff was very pleasant and caring for guests. Need to improve availability of vegan and vegetarian food. A separate vegean and vegetarian restaurant will be appreciated considering changing needs of new generation.
