Unhappy disabled customer

Overall room was great, but sadly NO Kettle and apparently none available!! Despite me explaining I am disabled with limited mobility I was given a small cup of hot water to try and carry to my room bare in mind I ad my hands full with my puppy, and being unsteady on my feet the cup was half full time I got back to my room! Next issue was I went back to reception to book breakfast and mistakenly only had 8.20€ instead of the full 8.50€ I asked if I could bring it in the morning and was told "No it's not far to your room to go back and get it," despite seeing how unstable I am on my feet I feel it's a very untrusting facility for 0.30cents, I'm sure I will think again when booking my next trip to St Malo.

Arrived and saw a huge sign advising not to leave items in vehicle due to security issues. Entered the room which looked just ok but hard mattress. Looked around for AC-it was 90 and I’d walked a great deal. No AC. Window? But no screens. So I’m supposed to stay in a 90 degree airless room.. The desk attendant says I can leave my window open at night. On the 2nd floor, where anyone could be. I say, “Call me a cab.” Now the attendant was nice enough and helped me. But I’d also received a text that said this hotel was not staffed 24 hours a day. So—-if you’re doing St. Malo, spend some extra cash and go to the waterfront port area, perhaps within the walls!

Road trip review

Stayed at this hotel for one night at start of our holiday and on the way back (as ferry was at 06:15). Very comfortable and clean, with no check-in or check-out issues. Only had breakfast on outward trip. Seating area a bit cramp.
