Lovely old hotel and restaurant, nice room/suite with a big tub. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Lots of stairs to carry your bags.

The place is well located and easy to find, the service is very good and the room - although a bit dated - represented good value for money. The problem was that the walls were very thin, and that the whole room seemed to shake with every slammed door and loud noise elsewhere in the building. In my case, this included another guest smashing glass and generally making a real noise at about 2pm - obviously not the hotel’s fault but very disconcerting nonetheless.

Great location for where i needed to be.
Lovely and clean. Rooms was spacious and had everything we needed.
I would definitely stay again and would also recommend it.

Posted Feb. 11, 2024 on HotelsWarm room , spacious with nice selection of teas and coffees and glassed water bottles . Comfy bed and pillows. Nice receptionist. Can order room service but £5 delivery applies. Had good sleep and felt secure being on my own there. Free parking too and they putting electric charging stations for electric cars .

Parking can be a bit tight but they had some works going on, food was amazing and good value room was well catered would stay again
