No major issue, but not a great value for money. The staff will do everything they can to not smile or greet you when you walk in, no space on the parking, and bathroom not extra clean.

Basic hôtel in Salford Quays area (quite far from the city centre). Rooms were ok even if bathrooms look really modest. Breakfast was not included but we took it .... nothing special but for an acceptable price. There is also a gym I used which was better than the average.

Nice location, really helpful staff, clean and confortable room. I didn't had supper at the restaurant, but the breakfast was decent. The Quays near is really nice. 25 minutes max in taxi from Manchester airport.

Good Hotel

A good hotel in a good location. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but everything else was good. Very helpful staff

Expensive and a bad experience

The wake up call didn't come the day we ordered it. The phone did work tho cause the day after for some reason I was called at 4am and woken up. Coffe epods were not refilled during cleaning. Expensive and pretty below average.

Our stay at Salford quays

We had an amazing stay with yourselves,at check in when we told we had been upgraded at no extra cost , everything was good and staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely stay in one of your hotels again, at breakfast we had one of your hosts called Kayley who was so friendly and chatty 5 stars
