Was a good property but the floors were dirty the elevator was dirty and also had not been serviced since before it was due in 2021 according to the sign that was hanging inside. The building was not secure the two back entrances were just left open. You did not need to use the key card to get in.

It was a very nice over night stay it was very quite and room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The young man that checked us in was not very friendly. He never said thank you. When we got to our room the keys did not work and when we went back to lobby for him to fix it he never apologized, he just said “here you go”. There was never a smile or anything. The lady that checked us out was very nice.

Quiet Karen Serving Breakfast!

Well, the ladies at the service desk were fantastic. Great customer service! Thank you. The pool was open and was super happy for that! We weren't able to enjoy it cuz it was super Alaska cold, hahahahahah. But. It was open till 10 pm. I was super amazed when the lady offered us a late check-out to see if we could enjoy the pool in the morning before leaving. Phenomenal! Kudos to that. One thing I did not like at all and was actually shocked was the breakfast. Noooooooo. They served you the breakfast and that was very CHEAP like of them. The hotel isn't cheap in booking prices, even though this website. Plus, u r asked for a $60 deposit to top it off. So, for them to be CHEAP like that was a shock. What a downer. Then to have a man with an attitude and no customer service etiquette giving you baby size servings was the cherry on top. Egg and 1 old hard french toast. No waffles. Small orange juice cups. Nothing else to enjoy. Oh yes, 1 yogurt and that's maybe if u didn't ask for the egg and 1 French toast u alrdy get. I should have stuck to my old hotel, but I like to try different options and that was my fault. Sorry no pictures. Breakfast ruined my entire day!
