Requested wheel chair room wasn't available till second day but eh staff was very helpful it getting us moved when a room opened up. Room ok , wall paper in bathroom was starting to peal and bubble up. Expected food room service to be served but it arrived in a bag, like take out. Not a bad stay but will try a different hotel next time in that area. The staff was great, facility not as expected.

It was amazing to chill and relax with my significant other and the DT BURGER WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS IVE EVER HAD!!!!

No privacy, no respect, judgemental.

It was gross. When I went to my bathroom and there were small curly hairs on my toilet. There were other hairs on my shower wall. The bedding clearly wasn't changed. It smelled of womens perfume, like Victoria Secret. Definitely not of any kind of laundry soap. I had to ask for a Do Not Disturb sign, because there wasnt one in my room. I specifically told them I do not want anyone in my room at all. I had the Do Not Disturb sign up, and when I returned someone had been in my room. My belongings and private documents all rearranged. I was so...... mad. I went down and expressed how upset I was. They guy apologized and the lady said oh well you signed a paper. Extremely rude. She then said well I don't what your expecting but I can give you a few points for the mishap. I told her I did not want them. That was not the point. I specifically said no one in my room. It should have been noted. I run a retreat center and that was not good customer service at all.
