Beds need attention but I still recommend
Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HotelsStaff is polite and friendly, they’re also friendly and respectful. Breakfast is very good and they have a good variety of food items to choose from
Props to Isabel and Yuki at the front desk they were both extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful they are an asset to your company, make sure they know how much you value them both!
Only down side is the beds, they make a lot of noise ( wood cracking) and I tods and turn a lot so wasn’t a happy camper due to this

Was not given room with King bed as booked.
Breakfast was cold and missing items. tables messy.

I try to stay in HIE when I travel, and this is one of the best ones that I have stayed at. The staff was super friendly when they greeted us, and they were very helpful with changes that we had. The room was clean, as well as the fitness room and spa area. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff focused on keeping it stocked and clean. I would stay here again!
