Remodeling in Progress

The Inn is being remodeled. The window Heater, A/C was not working. Asked for extra blanket which also needs upgrading. Biggest disappointment, Hotels.com not honoring a lower price that was on website that once I clicked on it, the previous higher price was the price that I paid. Took a picture of lower price, plus the hotels website had a slight lower price.

Checked in WiFi not working Was forced to make damage deposit on Rude Managers personal cell phone still waiting to be credited back in my account Horrible customer service Never will stay there again Never! Wheres My Refund??

Guy at the front desk had an attitude. Not kind at all , totally disrespectful. Just because of that i wouldn't stay here again

Viejo. Creo que utilizan las habitaciones para vivir y dan MUY mala imagen. Siguen sin devolverme mi deposito.

I checked into 260 and discovered blood on living room couch with black stains all over it as well. Also, fridge whether strip was ripped. Came back from an outing card for door didn’t work. Dining was not open at the time it says it would be or at all for breakfast.Went to office 4 times in a row to change key cards. Moved to room 360 same dirty looking couch. Went to office to check out 2/10/24 at 15:00 PST to checkout due to an emergency there was a long line out the door with one receptionist so I was late to my business meeting. Waiting for an answer to see can I get a refund for not staying the last day.
