Very hard to have a family stay without any food options/restaurant/room service on site. We were on 2nd floor and people outside very loud screaming at 5am.

Wonderful experience - walkable distance to Petco with so many drink and dining options along the way. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated

While the staff was courteous and helpful and the room was okay, the common areas of the hotel looked tired, dated and very much in need of a facelift. TV wasn't working properly. Room was clean, but small. Elevators small and slow. The property was advertised as a grand old hotel, which it definitely was not. Should have cost a lot less for what it actually is.

Limited dining options curtailed any late night snacks as the area is a bit of a food desert after 7pm on the weekday.
