Great and unique hotel located in an awesome location next to Ghirardelli Square, the original trolley, Scoma’s, Fisherman’s Wharf and more. Also an easy walk to China Town and Union Square. The Blue Mermaud restaurant has the best clam chowder we have ever eaten; it's delicious!

Almost perfect

The pillows would completely flatten when laid on, there was one nicer pillow in the closet but the others on the bed were awful for us. Even though the bed was super comfy, the pillows took away from a good sleep.
Also the shower pressure wasn’t great, but that’s minor for me.
