The location of the property was excellent. An easy walk to the Wharf and to the Cable Cars. The hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was very pleasant.
However, much of that was overshadowed by $300 in unexpected Destination Amenity fees added to our bill.

I’ve stayed here about 14 times, and this hotel never lets me down. Great rooms, excellent service, and a great location!

I was disappointed with their additional $30 daily fee.
