No longer worth it

Got charged an extra $500 for our son to stay with us and got charged hundreds of dollars a day in other fees. We didn’t get a free breakfast either as we had a previous visit because we didn’t book direct. The resort is fabulous but prices are insane. Service was slow and they didn’t come to check us out or get our luggage making us late for our ride. For what you pay it was a real disappointment this time and we won’t be back. The food was average to poor. Arbo was the best out of the 3. That’s just our opinion on our second trip.

This resort is the most incredible place I’ve ever been to . It’s not cheap, but the staff, service and facility are amazing

The level of service was unparalleled to any other resort we’ve been to. Definitely a quieter resort and the perfect place to disconnect and be pampered by the amazing staff!

Some sort of construction going on at the property almost the whole time. One of the main restaurants was closed our entire stay. Limited menu items elsewhere. Extremely expensive food and drinks. Big wood fences at property edge obstructing the view of the ocean. Water pressure in room wasn't good. Lots of resort options in Cabo, won't be back to this one.
