Luis, I'm curious about your 1/5 review, especially since you didn't explain why.We really appreciate reviews that are honest and tell the whole story. It seems like your low score might be because you're upset about something else, like not getting free stuff. But there's so much more to talk about!Why not mention the fun stuff, like how much you enjoyed the rock climbing wall, or hanging out at the swim-up bar? Or how about the cool staff, the fun water slide, and the cold beers?It would be great if you could give us some real feedback. Tell people about the good times you had. Agradezco su reseña, pero me parece que podría estar refiriéndose a un hotel diferente. Es gratificante saber que encontró nuestras camas excepcionalmente cómodas. En cuanto al desayuno, nos enorgullece ofrecer una variedad de 4 opciones gratuitas y 6 de pago, además de la posibilidad de personalizar su desayuno. Es sorprendente escuchar una queja sobre esta oferta, ya que usualmente recibe elogios. Quiero asegurarle que disponemos de abundante hielo para todas las bebidas en nuestro hotel. Todas nuestras habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado. Esto me hace pensar que podría haber un error en su identificación del hotel. Además, nuestro bar permanece abierto hasta las 21:00 horas, no hasta las 19:00 horas, como mencionó.Si su reseña es efectivamente sobre nuestro hotel, me pregunto por qué omitir mencionar la amabilidad de nuestro personal o las numerosas instalaciones que ofrecemos, como la piscina, el bar junto a ella, el tobogán acuático, el parque de skate, la pared de escalada, nuestro gimnasio privado y el parque acuático.Los futuros huéspedes valoran reseñas auténticas y precisas, pues estas ayudan a formar una imagen realista de su experiencia. I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concerns.Regarding the pool, our property does feature a large pool with water slide and swim up bar.Yes, we do have a birds eye view photo of the resort, and of our splash water park which has a pirate theme, with painted blue water around the ship, in which you can see that part is not real water. This playground is for children, and no adults use it. I am sorry if you were looking forward to it. We have other photos close up of the water park that clearly shows it is paint for the aesthetic of the pirate theme.As for the location, we are situated in San Juan del Sur, offering a serene escape from the busy town center. The road to our property does present a unique experience, and we understand that this might not be ideal for all our guests. We continually strive to improve accessibility and appreciate your input on this matter.The government is currently building the new coastal highway here, so you have around 1km of compacted dirt road, and all cars can pass. It is rainy season but even today, there was no mud at all, just a small 2 inch puddle where the river bed is. However you can drive around the puddle :)We're genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced with transportation and accommodation. Our team is dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction, and it seems we fell short in your case. We're taking steps to ensure our night reception is more accommodating for late arrivals.We always recommend not to book accommodation last minute, without planning. The security guard was waiting for you and gave you the key to your room as you arrived after hours.As for other hotels, there is only one other hotel similar to our resort with a pool, water slide, restaurant, etc...any other hotels downtown do not have any of this. We value the feedback from all our guests as it helps us improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.However, I wish your review wasn't this exaggerated and written out of context from a narrow point of view.Thank you.

Gracias por tu reseña. Acabamos de salir de la temporada de lluvias y estamos haciendo una renovación completa del hotel como lo hacemos todos los años. Puede que te estés refiriendo a algo de pintura, y al suelo, que estamos pintando y lavando a presión pero que no podemos estar haciendo mientras estemos llenos de estas vacaciones. Me alegro de que haya disfrutado de sus vacaciones, y el resort completo estará en perfectas condiciones dentro de 1 semana.

Es genial que nos haya elegido para celebrar el Año Nuevo, sí, cerramos a las 8:00 p. m. en Año Nuevo para que nuestro personal pudiera irse a casa y disfrutar. Todos nuestros invitados planearon ir a la ciudad a celebrar, por lo que decidimos no extender nuestro horario. Me alegro de que haya disfrutado del complejo. También estamos abiertos hasta las 9:00 p. m. todos los días.

Sí, actualmente estamos pintando y lavando a presión. Hacemos esto todos los años en esta época después de la temporada de lluvias, pero siempre es una batalla porque estamos muy llenos, por lo que nos enfocamos primero en los interiores de las habitaciones y terminamos con las paredes exteriores y los pisos exteriores alrededor de la piscina al final. En 1 semana, todo se verá fresco.
