The hotel is not in a great condition. The bathroom shower head was broken and the floor was moldy. The check in charged me almost $100 more than it was supposed to be. It is really not worth the money.

Great stay
Publié le 20 févr. 2024 sur HotelsEverything was very nice unfortunately the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was at the first gift shop they have by entrance , the lady charged us in dollars for our purchases instead of charging us in pesos , this ended up as a huge over charge for us . But regardless if this , we enjoyed their breakfast buffet and there rooms . Staff in kitchen were excellent and so helpful and nice , staff in reception area were so sweet and welcoming .Valet parking was great as well so helpful and friendly.

We spent 2 days of tranquility in Real de Minas , it was calm , comfortable, their open buffet in the morning was delectable
