Le personnel est désagréable.

Hôtel de base qualité, ou l’on retrouve des chiens autour de la piscine : des mégots de cigares , des vis etc. La plage est boueuse. La plage de l’hôtel a une eau verte et elle n’est pas entretenue. Le café est mauvais, la restauration est chère et dans la chambre les rideaux tombent et sont sales. Il y a des mouches sous le matelas. C’est épouvantable. L’herbe est synthétique.

Splendide hotel, experience unique.

Emplacement : A savoir:aucun hotel ne dispose d'un bord de mer oùl l'on peut se baigner:en raison de la barriere de corail, les herbes de mer y poussent .
Un des plus magnifiques hôtels d'Ambergris Caye. Propre, personnel courtois et attentif, toujours souriant. De belles grandes chambres, beaux matériaux et lit confortable;toutes ont un grand balcon. Wi fi dans toutes les chambres. Grandes piscines pour tous les gouts(spa très chaud et autres endroit plus tempérés) Restaurant avec belle carte des vins, menu diversifie, excellent. Ils offrent sur place la location de vélos et de carts de golf. A l'hotel, l'équipe d'expeditions Tuff'n'uff" offre toutes les possibilités d'activités:pêche en haute mer, catamaran, snorkling.....Toutefois, tel que mentionné sur Expedia, ce n'est PAS un plan europeen: aucun repas n'est inclus.

We had a three day stay at the Coco Beach Resort it’s was overall very pleasant and very quiet! Beach I would give it a 5 the food was pricey. Taking the golf cart to town was safe fun and very easy. The locals are very nice and friendly.

The property was beautiful. The staff was great and very accommodating. The resort was quiet, almost to the point of too quiet. I got quite a few bug bites while on the property as did others in our party. Other than that, it was a great experience. Our room was upgraded. While we had a living room area and kitchen, the bedroom and bathroom were quite a bit smaller. In my mind, the upgrade was not a good move.

We liked the property overall however the humidity in the room was high. This is likely not easy to control. We liked having the golf cart rental easily accessible and onsite. Least liked the amount of time it took to get a final bill at the bar area to close out a tab.

This is a beautiful property. We travelled as a family with 3 children. We stayed in a 2 bedroom sea-view room which was very spacious with a full kitchen. The pools are awesome and friendly staff. Try out Cocoblanca, the restaurant - we enjoyed the ambiance and food. The spa was nice too. No complaints!

Great stay, definitely would recommend Coco Beach Resort. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The property is great, basically there are two pool areas separated by the pool bar/restaurant but all rooms seemed to have direct access. Prices were generally reasonable, but some of the drinks were a bit excessively priced for what they were. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it had plenty of space and was clean. If I had any complaints it would be that there is no gym on the property, the room furniture (beds and couches) was really uncomfortable/worn out. Plenty of restaurant options around the resort. Would definitely recommend!
