Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We checked in early and they informed me the room wasn’t ready, but they did text me as soon as I could check in. The room was large, but it had a smoke smell. I purchased an air freshener and was fine after that. We stayed in the back building. It was quiet and comfortable. Would def stay again!

I would not recommend this property..torn screen, dented light, rust on bathroom door, stained carpets, curtains do not shut and light comes through from parking directly even with window. Find another hotel. Staff members were nice.

Disappointing

The one bed was caved in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The pull out bed had dirty sheets and you could feel all the rails under the mattress. Really worn out beds. No one slept well. Shower water was luke warm. The staff was friendly.

Room had real bad chemical smell. They said it was from cleaning the floor. It went away slowly but was very potent.

Unfortunate and inconvenient

I will start with the positive, staff were kind and it was a quiet atmosphere. However, we reserved a large room two weeks in advance to our stay and upon arrival we’re informed there were no rooms available of the size. They refunded $20 but the inconvenience was not compensated and cancelling at that point would have cost the entire amount of the room. Unfortunately, we also seen a cockroach in our room climbing down the wall. Thank goodness we had to be out of the room early in the morning but our bags will stay outside in the garage and be emptied one by one to prevent transfer!! I will not stay here again if in the area!
