Not as described and not as advertised
Posted Sep. 21, 2023 on HotelsNot as shown on the website at all, the rooms have paperthin walls and we were kept up all night by someone with their tv on and slamming doors throughout. The room walls are thin and hall seem to echo sound so much so that i could clearly follow the tv program the person in the room was watching
The rooms look nothing like as advertised on the website, they are sole less and no where near as modern as described. Honestly felt scammed for the nearly €200 we paid for the night

Dear Mr Ruben,thank you for sharing your opinion.We are sorry if you experienced a difficult situation with the guest who stayed close by your room. Our walls are not thin as you tried to describe and all our rooms have a good sound proofing. Obviously, if a guest engages in questionable behavior by turning up the television volume to maximum, it goes beyond the thickness of the walls. However, we have staff present 24 hours a day who could intervene to lower the volume on the television.In the hotel there are 7 different categories and the reserved room is a basic which reppresents our entry level room. Honestly all our rooms are well described online and we take the distance to what you reported.We are sorry if you did not like the assigned room.Regards

The swimming pool was really good and the seating outdoors on the grass was lovely. Bedroom was too small and cramped. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was ok but coffee didn’t dispense correctly seems coffee machine was broken.

We describe all our rooms with many information and details in all website and internet pages. The sizes of our rooms and bathrooms are quite large for an hotel of our status and located on the Sorrento ' s Coast. Our staff at the restaurant is used to make the Italian original Espresso Coffee instead of the one by the Coffee Machine which probably you missed and we are sorry for this. Posted Sep. 4, 2023 on HotelsNot 4 star. Old hotel in need of an update. Far from the old town with nothing to see or do around hotel. Ridiculous parking rates forcing you to consistently feed the meter for street parking.

Dear Mr Jacques,Greetings from Sorrento,Thank you for sharing your opinion about the hotel.Honestly we find your review a little bit rancorous and severe.The hotel has a great location as most of our guests reported in thousands and thousands of reviews. We are a couple of minutes distance to the railway station and bus station. Then there close by us there are many shops,restaurants , bar and we are extremely close to the nicest places you can enjoy in Europe as Capri, Naples, Positano, the Amalfi coast and so on.Regarding the parking we charge just 20,00 Euros per night which is very cheap considering the rates of the parking in this part of the Italy.Anyway we respect your feedback.Best regards

First time is italy and so thankful me and my friend booked with Alpha. Staff was incredibly nice and understanding. Any questions we had, they answered or helped as much as they could. Our room was spacious, clean, beautiful view of Italy. We got the back suite building. Breakfast was our favorite, the on site restaurant Gia is good also. I wouldn't recommend doing the special dinners they did during our stay, id suggest go out and eat. The ONLY thing that sucked was the amount of bugs that were around. but other than that staff at pool were attentive, overall hotel space is great. Pretty awalkable to everything you need. Has a near by grocery store too which was our fav. overall recommend 10/10. THANK YOU ALPHA.

The staff was amazing EVERYONE from front desk, maintenance, servers, pool bar, breakfast staff, to the restaurant manager, we were always greeted warmly and with genuine care. The room was lovely, bright, exceptionally clean, unfortunately they were almost full when I booked(because they’re great and fairly priced) so our room was near the door to our building and other guests weren’t always respectful as they came and went after hours, all part of travelling and the hotel was amazing 10/10!!!!

Our room was amazing - it had just been refurbed and was kept immaculately clean, plus had a lovely balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fab. Plenty of things to do nearby and places to eat
