Everything was very good. I had a very good experience staying in the hotel. Everybody was friendly, very helpful. I will recommend it to all my friends.

This is my 3rd time staying here. However, this time around it was not a positive experience- the toilet was not working. No hot water. Internet and cable not working. Dark curly hair left on the bathroom sink. I was changed from the room twice and it did not improve much. The last room also a had malfunctioning ceiling light. Staff in management was not attentive and did not respond quickly to the problems we were experiencing with the rooms. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived to property late due to time of travel. We waited outside 5 mins for the receptionist. When we got inside our room the Air conditioner was not working. There were no towels, blankets and toilet paper. They moved us to another room and the other room did not have a fridge so WE had to carry the fridge to another room downstairs. Fridge was leaking and we almost fell. When they gave us the towels, and blanket they were stained and broken. The bed weren’t even double bed/ full size. They are twin xL so we didn’t fit.
Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This property is very deceiving. The guy on night time front desk asked me if he can have 200 pesos and I told him that he is working. 1 hour later when I tried to bring company to my room he said that it would be 20 dollars to have company. My television don't work, and my bathroom light don't work. I don't trust them, hopefully they don't try to lie too the Expedia company

I'm very sorry but this hotel does not allow that type of visitors that you call company because it is a family hotel not a motel and this hotel has its rules like each of the hotels in Boca Chica, good luck.
