La ubicación es muy buena , el sector lindo, la habitación amplia pero falta el servicio al cliente en la habitación y en el counter también

The hotel general condition is ok but is outdated and rooms need more maintenance or a facelift. Internet service was terrible and inestable to the point that it was difficult do video meetings. No AC adapter available and the most annoying thing was when I requested an iron , they didn't have available staff to have it delivered in my room. The staff was very friendly and they tried their best within their possibilities. Room service was good and food in general was ok but not outstanding in comparison to other high profile hotels. I've been a loyal Melia client and although this one resolved my stay, I'll not book it again.

Great location. Well served breakfast. Bathroom is a little tight, but acceptable.

Staff need to make an effort with languages Also AC need to be less noisy

I was very disappointed by not being made aware of the pool and bar were closed. The gym equipment needed maintenance and did not work properly. The worst part was that I was there for work and the Internet caused me a lot of problems, it never worked properly. And these were all the reasons why I chose this hotel so we had to leave before to another facility to be able to work. Very sad. Breakfast was ok. The location was great and the staff was very polite.
