Room was clean and in good condition. Management was very nice and responsive about complaint of noise.

Very close to lots of shops and bars. The hot tub was nice to hangout in after a chilly walk in Saugatuck. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great one night stay for New Years Eve.
Publié le 6 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWalt was great at check-in and was very conversational. We had wished the other property he owns had been opened during the off-season. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were very nice and loved the remodeling of the bathroom area. We noticed that the wall where the towels are needs some paint, but that is it. You can tell that lots of care goes into this place.
