Not Sonders fault, but Construction in the alley in the mornings was EXTREMELY loud

Sleeping room without window, uncomfortable mattess in King bed, horrible matress in sleeping sofa, no recommendation!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM SONDER
Publié le 1 juin 2022 sur HotelsDO NOT BOOK HERE! Worst travel experience we’ve ever had. This is not a regular hotel. They do not have a front desk. Every entrance code they gave us was wrong. After an hour and a half of trying to get in they told us they gave our room to someone else because one of their other buildings had a leak. This was after we had to walk from a parking garage almost a mile away with all of our stuff and waited in the rain and they just said oops nvm we’re going to send you somewhere else. Awful company, awful customer service.
