Great room for the price

We had an easy check in after arriving at 3am and the staff were very nice. The rooms were nice. The water was hot! And the breakfast included was an added bonus

Looked great but heater was noises , bathroom was so cold , could not sit on stool ,
Step at doorway should not be. Allowed wife fell

You had it on AC mode that's why bathroom was cold. Small step by the door was build at the time of construction. We don't have any room that are level with the lot. Sorry for your inconvenience but would have been great to notify clerk after check-in.
