Bed was a bit uncomfortable pretty hard. Television apps didn't work.

overcharge

Booked with breakfast included package but was charged again for breakfast. When I called the hotel the first time, I was put on hold for 10 mins then asked my phone number to call back, but no one called back. I called the second time in two days, once again I was put on hold for 10 mins and asked my phone number again and told me they will investigate and call me back. No result yet.

Bing, thank you for staying with us and I am tremendously sorry we wasted your time for follow up regarding this billing matter, which was clearly our error. Getting it right, the first time is the only option, and we did not meet this expectation. My Front Office Manager has used your experience as a training opportunity for our team and she also told me that your refund has been executed. Again, I apologize for taking up your valuable time to seek a remedy to this unfortunate situation.

Very friendly front desk staff. Nice and quiet room made for a restful couple of nights. I'd happily stay here again.

Everything but a $20 Charge for the Breakfast all other hotels dont charge this ridiculous charge

Not ideal for Sea-Tac late / early flight stays

We chose this hotel when we were forced to stay overnight in Seattle due to bad weather at our flight destination. It was chosen when it displayed first under sorting as a recommended hotel, and it offers an airport transfer. But when we tried getting their shuttle, we discovered it didn't run as late as we had arrived or as early as we'd need it the next morning, so we had to take a taxi, costing us $30. We had the night manager book us another taxi for 4 am to get back to the airport, but it never showed up! She made it right by ordering us a Lyft, and paying for it, but we almost missed our flight. The room had a very thin blanket on the bed, which was inadequate since we needed to turn the heat off as it was so loud we couldn't sleep. The place offers a breakfast option, which we chose only to find out it isn't available until after we had to leave.

Brian, thank you for sharing your feedback ... I have had a nearly identical experience with a delayed flight out of Oakland and share your frustration. So glad to know that we did the right thing and picked up costs for your final transportation at the end of a challenging trip.
