Stayed here multiple times. My son loves the indoor pool on 8th floor. But this time, water was so cold no one was staying in more than a few minutes. The front desk simply said sorry, ill talk to engineering. Sad, my son and i missed our pool time.

Stay was ok. Garage was nearly full and cramped spaces. We were on 22nd floor and still heard sirens all night long. Rooms were nice. View was spectacular. Staff was nice. Visit was above average.

Easy to get to our destination and also the receptionist was super helpful in the morning

a mixed bag

Location is convenient for those attending Lumen field, as it's right next door. Also very close to Chinatown (walk 3-4 minutes across the train station overpass), and a 5 minute drive to Pike Place Market and the Seattle Aquarium.
Staff is friendly and helpful, our suite was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet offers wide array of choices, definitely worth it if it's included in room rate.
