We love this place but they need to fix the elevators! The end elevators have been out of order for years.

We had a lovely time. The pool was really the only disappointment. Love to use it. Too many teens causing smaller children not able to go in do to the aggressive horseplaying. Pool had to be closed next morning we assume for chemical imbalance after the amount of people in there the day before. Not hotels fault. Still awesome time was had.

Disappointing stay
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI booked this stay for my two young boys and I for the sole reason that it had an indoor pool area. We went down this morning to swim and the pool was closed. We asked when it would be open and the front desk said they said, “sorry”. Normally that would be OK with the spend $200 here sorry and that the hot tub wasn’t opened either. I have no idea when everything would re-open was a bit frustrating. It’s now 9 AM so we’re just going to leave as there’s no reason to be at this hotel what I would truly enjoy with more of an apology as opposed to sorry just didn’t cut it I expected more.
