Needs some improvement.

The person who checked us in was friendly and informative. He told us elevators and card readers were having problems. The elevator, only one working, wasn’t an issue. The card readers didn’t function on the room door and side exterior door. Overall the hotel was shabby and in need of refurbishing.

You get what you pay for, and this room was just that. Not terrible, and great customer service!
