very quiet, clean, good location, enjoyable complimentary breakfast buffet-menu has changed everyday. staffs were nice

My brand new New Balance running shoes were left behind in the room and they said nothing was found in the room. I’ve stayed at a bunch of Hampton Hotels across the US and never again. Called next day when I realized it and nothing in lost/found and housekeeping “didn’t find them”.

Clean. Everything worked as it should. Pool was a good temperature. Not enough pool towels. Breakfast didn’t change.

Bed was comfy, size of room was good, shower was great.

The hotel is beautiful in in of itself. The front desk staff was amazing. My stay would have been an all around 5 star if the room would have been completely cleaned at least a couple of times during my 6 night stay instead of being refreshed when asked because refreshed is not good enough.
