I stay at this hotel everytime I travel to the area for work or pleasure. The last few times I have stayed there the beds have been the most uncomfortable. Hopefully new beds were budgeted for the near future. If I stay there again and the bed sucks I will be finding another hotel to stay in for future travels.

Check in was not the smoothest, it was a busy weekend and the lady could have used an extra hand. Our room was roasting when we walking in. The heater squeaked and woke us up all night. You have to call everyday for the room to be cleaned. I called twice and only got clean towels. The beds are uncomfortable, there was o it one extra blanket and it was old and stiff. The pillows look nice but completely deflate I hade to use three. Overall not the worst hotel but I did expect more for what I paid.

Everything was perfect! Everyone at hotel was friendly and so helpful, ladies in the morning at the breakfast bar were amazing. Sick a great attitudes and so friendly.

We love staying here every time we're in town. We typically stay here when we visit the Angel of the Winds Arena for a concert. Very clean. Large rooms with queen beds & a pullout coach. Excellent staff, especially Susan in housekeeping! If you run into her, she treats you like fanily. She made our whole trip worth it! Keep it up Susan!
