Le personnel est très accueillant et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Très grand choix de petit déjeuner et la salle à manger est très grande.
Les chambres sont grandes.

Établissement vieillot.
Accueil médiocre.
7 nuits sans vrai ménage : aucun personnel dans la chambre sinon les (serviettes changées sur demande uniquement, pas de changement de draps, de lit fait....
Breakfast très basique.
Emplacement bon dans la ville.

After booking my reservation 9/27/23 for a two bed room I arrived 5/18/24 after spending 12 hours traveling only to find a single king. I was told by the night clerk that there was a note from the manager that I was supposed to be called and told that the room only had a single bed. No one called me. I have a hard time accepting that a reservation booked 8 months in advance could not be honored.

The location of the property is very close to Climate Pledge & Seattle Center area. The staff were friendly and amazing to work with. The room was clean and had a great view of the sound. The breakfast provided had so many options from cereal, eggs & bacon, waffles, toaster for bagels, English muffins, etc.
