2 night stay. The staff was great. The front desk and the breakfast staff were very friendly and did an excellent job.

Great Rooms

It was a clean and spacious room. The receptionist personnel were friendly and professional. I am going to get the logs to burn in the fireplace next time.

Mal y pésimo servicio iii

3 días no hicieron el servicio de limpieza, no cambiaron ni trajeron toallas, no había jabón ni shampoo. El de la recepción bien grosera y no nos dió nada, ni una compensación. Pésimo iiii Exijo de ustedes una compensación a estoiii

The staff seemed poorly trained. I had a visit by housekeeping once, about 5 days into an 8 day stay. I was just getting out of the shower and couldn't open the door. They didn't return later that day or anytime during the stay. The room had 5 hangers for 2 closets: really cheap. The front desk staff couldn't answer some simple questions about the hotel. I found out at checkout that my last name was wrong in the system, despite showing credit card and drivers license on check-in and being correct on the reservation confirmation. The hot food in the restaurant is substandard with the scrambled eggs being inedible. I tried them on 3 different mornings. The good news: all the staff were exceedingly polite, hospitable, and tried to do the right things. A little bit of a superior attitude from a couple of them, but that's true at most hotels.
