Mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. Room 186 (so gross) Hot tub closed due to health inspector issues. Not notified on the website, or upon check in of the hot tub being out of commission. That was a let down as we planned on multiple nights. Also says parking included online, when you get here, it's actually $10 a day. Pool is pretty small, I wouldn't recommend to keep kids entertained.

Very nice setting, feels like a residential location, tree canopy in and all around facility/grounds. Highly recommended in that regard. Quiet and tranquil. Disappointed with no “free” breakfast buffet style offering, but the room pricing reflects that omission. There is an IHop just down the street though! “Big Picture Team” are you reading this? : ALEXA is a corporate treasure! Excellent customer service and welcoming persona. To those in charge: This individual is a keeper. Find out for yourself

No cleaning at all, and not told so. You need to schedule the cleaning and change of towels. Of course no new soap, and no more tea bags, unless you ask for it. Restaurant told me no eggs when you order breakfast, and told you not knowing you still want breakfast when you are back to pick up the order, gave you the option of heat up cold ready made food. Parking is extra! Pool area is under maintenance. No hot tub. All the above are unexpected surprise.

What a hidden gem! Very affordable. Excellent staff. Beautiful garden in the middle oh the hotel.
