Hotel super central pour découvrir les attraits touristiques à pied. Stationnement à 30$/nuit juste en face de lhotel. Personnel super accueillant et chambre très propre de de bonne grandeur.

Very clean and well located (walking distance from everything). Parking is available across the street for 30$ a night (with unlimited in and out privileges). Would recommend

The staff’s exceptional friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out. Despite arriving early from the airport and finding our room not yet ready, they graciously offered to hold our luggage, allowing us the freedom to explore without the burden of carrying our belongings.

I was not able to pay a deposit with 5 different credit cards, all have an excellent credit history and a large credit Shortly after the hotel’s machine rejected all our cards we paid with one in Nordstrom and another in a sushi restaurant Luckily, we had cache to give a large deposit at the hotel. We are leaving on the cruise tomorrow for a week and leave the country the day of return. We don’t use US dollars. All situation left us very uncomfortable and hotel receptionist was very strict

Hi Marina, I'm very sorry your Credit Cards were not working for the incidental hold we require at check-in. Could it be possible you had not alerted your bank you would be traveling to Seattle? We were able to accept incidental holds for every other guest, so it was not our systems that were experiencing issues. It is standard hotel procedure to require an incidental hold upon arrival. This is not something we are able to waive. Still, in lieu of your cards not working, we agreed to allow for a cash hold instead. I'm sorry you felt this warranted a 2-star rating. I hope you are able to find other accommodations better suited for your needs during any future travels.Take care, and safe travels.Caitlin Boyer, GM
