UNFRIENDLY

The Front desk secretary was short with me when I asked if my room was paid in advance. She said some unnecessary things to me,as if I did wrong. I booked it through a third party and it has been paid in advance, at times. Very unfriendly, customer service (glasses in her 50's) should be addressed. Where has friendliness gone?

Older hotel but it was very clean and neat. Large room with a closet. Good shower, dining table and 2 chairs, comfy office chair. Mini fridge and microwave clean and working. Bed was super comfy and clean. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
