Very nice hotel for the price, rooms are large and clean with comfortable bedding. It’s located in Gangnam so convenient to a lot of tourist areas as well as taxis and public transportation.
The pool was closed for maintenance during the months of November and December which was sad as it was one of my criteria for choosing the hotel. The breakfast was ok. The biggest complaint I had was the air conditioner would not turn on even as a fan, the room was 28.1 degrees at one point managed to get it down to 27.2 using the window vent over night.
