checked in Sunday night. checked out Friday. No one cleaned the room the entire week. No one changed towels. no one provided additional soap or shampoo, ice machine across from room on 2nd floor never worked but was turned on. For the 1st 2 days, juice machine did not work. For all week, coffee machine did not work. On tuesday, breakfast food ran out at 7:15 am. On Thursday night, person who checked me in on Sunday acted like he did not know me and asked if I was checking in. On the good side, bed was confortable.

I booked the hotel because it has a hot tube and pool when i got there the staff said the hot tub dosent work the moter was broke they should at least mark the website that the hot tub was temporarily unavailable went to get the breakfast around 6:15 no milk for the cereal or bowls no sausage and organge juiced tasted sour also the eggs looked like they were just put on and half cold .will not be staying there again

Property is dirty and rundown. Pool was not as advertised, spa tub did not work. Rooms were dirty, found pubic hairs in the tub. Very few options on the breakfast table and not well stocked. We ate breakfast both mornings elsewhere!!

Ok. But probably won’t return.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom had pubic hair not cleaned from previous guest. Some of the furniture had some big stains on them (not too bad, but noticeable). The hallway on the second floor stunk of smoke. Would be nice to have a smoking floor, no smoking, or the rooms grouped together. Having them mixed doesn’t seem to be a good idea.
