I needed hotel close to hospital I was visiting. Staff were friendly, helpful.

Housekeepers are super rude

Only issue is the housekeepers they are super rude

We are sorry you feel this way. They are required by management to clean rooms at least every 3-4 days for long term guests. You were not letting them do that. Because of your work schedules we did make an exception of once a week for you.

Needs new housekeepers that are not rude

Housekeeping people are super rude especially if you u don't allow them in daily. They will tell you one thing and then yell at you later on for doing as they say. Second shift lobby attendant is also rude and lies as well do believe she is related to the housekeepers so if their not happy they send her to retaliate and harass

We are sorry you feel this way. They are required by management to clean rooms at least every 3-4 days for long term guests. You were not letting them do that. Because of your work schedules we did make an exception of once a week for you.They are not related and that is not the case at all. She was doing as she was told by the General Manager. There were multiple suspicions of you smoking in the room. Upon inspection of the room you were asked to leave due to this. HEAVY smoke smell in room, rolled up coverlet behind entry door, bathroom door closed and exhaust fan on, window unlocked, and ash on dresser top were all found after you vacated the room.

They finally got breakfast. Could be better but it's better then nothing. Was told washer was working by owner but went to go use it and has an out of order sign on it. There's still lots of misconceptions while getting a room here.

We are sorry to see that you still feel this way. Last time you labeled your review as "Next junkie hotel" but you have stayed with us consecutively since Dec. 12 2023 (35 days) making 15 different reservations. You also have another one for today. As for our breakfast we offer: Waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, instant oatmeal, muffins, white and wheat bread, jelly, 2 cereals, bananas, coffee, milk and orange juice.Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it.

This was a horrible place to stay, the beds were very uncomfortable. They had the smoke detector covered in plastic bag, there were extensions cords running from rooms to rooms.. people in the lobby asking for cigarettes and following us to the parking lot.
