The facility wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 3:30. The sleeper sofa was broken and was unusable and only for a single occupant. The suite was listed to sleep 7 but could only accommodate 4.

Needs a facelift

Hotel is getting remodeled. No worries there. Elevator broken. Bed was very bouncy/springy. Needs to be replaced.

Bad Honey Moon Memory

Elevator was broken had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. No hot water. Sink in bathroom did not drain right. Carpet stained. Ice machines broke. Card key did not work to get in facility. Got locked out. TV did not work. No channels. Paid for jacuzzi room and it did not work well shut off after 2 minutes. Terrible stay for the price.

The property location was great, but this property has not been properly maintained and it is time to update the the rooms. Also, we experienced alot of noise from the room above us nightly and it was hard to rest. We contacted the front desk and I'm assuming they contacted the other guest, so the noise was down for the first night, but every night we experienced kids jumping up and down. So we didn't get much rest and on our trip. We were up visiting ailing family and it would have been nice to have the elevator and ice machine working. We chose this facility oppose to our usual and based on the brand we look for better. Just time to update the units furniture and bedding. Also, need to improve the lighting around the facility due to duck off view of the hotel.

Sherman, TX Holiday Inn Express

Check in was good, but the elevators were not working. Some ice machines were broken. Good selection for breakfast, but hot food was no hot at all. Room was clean, but bathroom needs a little repair.

Dirty hotel.

This hotel needs to shut down for renovation. We noted that it was going to be at some point. The room was dirty and in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and updating. Portions of the shower handle (hot/cold description and directions) were not even connected. The service staff were friendly and very supportive. We will not stay there again until it is renovated and we hope that is soon.

Hotel is nothing fancy. The furniture had stains, there were some loose tiles in the bathroom. Desperately needs updating and new furniture.
