I loved it here! Perfect escape from the main happenings but close enough to get to dining and activities. Gorgeous view! I sat in the garden everyday and watched the sunset. I wil never forget this hotel.

We checked in today and we love it. Christina at the reception was friendly and helpful. The property is so unique and rooms are like stepping back in time (in a good way with modern amenities). Great Tuscan experience.

Very pleasant property with the exception of a rather unkept garden. The receptionist at check in was extremely hostile and angry as soon as we walked in the door, her demeanor reflected poorly on a very nice hotel. Parking was extremely difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was very pleasant but unfortunate that restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner.

Perfect ..the one and only in Siena!!

And it has private parking ..unique in the center of Siena. Nowhere else can even compare to the charm, comfort, lovely staff and historic atmosphere of this beautiful hotel

It was a good hotel in a convenient location, but the parking was an issue. We followed all of their directions, but they failed to properly notify the police when we left the ZTL after checkout and now we are dealing with a very expensive Italian ticket - all because the hotel made an error
