Nice but too noisy at night

Clean hotel. Check in was ok, not the friendliest but gave all information required. Room was great. However I wish they would invest in soundproofing because the family next door woke us up when they arrived and did not shut up until nearly 2am with shouting, running about, bumping and coming in and out of their room. Very tired we were the next day! I think they should advertise about being quiet like other hotels do with notices about being a good guest. Some people do need reminding about how to behave. The breakfast was adequate but had to leave the stale croissants and the cooked breakfast had little choice. Great coffee though! Overall, nice but too noisy at night.

Convenient, clean and great customer service.

Returning the We needed a night’s stay before returning the rental car and catching a flight out of Heathrow. Enough parking, if a but pricey (16 Pounds). Perfectly situated within 15 mins drive from the car rentals in Heathrow. The property is clean and run efficiently. Excellent and friendly service. Since we were leaving early before their breakfast opened they even packed us some juice, yogurt and chips as we checked out.

Not bad

Not a bad stay for the price. We felt the room was very very dusty and my skin and hair was itchy the day after staying here, my husband felt this too. If it wasn’t for this it would’ve been good. The breakfast was great though.

This was the most terrible holiday inn hotel i have visited, its very noisy, its like a night club all night music smell of Arabic smoking downstairs, the stuff were unprofessional unhelpful

Average Hotel. Rooms were Motel quality. Staff was unfriendly with the exception of 1 staff member at front desk who assisted in charging my portable charger when I went to breakfast. Just a distasteful experience overall. Wi-Fi was poor. Liked nothing about it.
