The hotel has 1st class facilities. An excellent gym and Spa, comfortable dining facilities and relaxing louge area. Very attentive staff and the location to the ski lifts is 1st class.

A Beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff you can imagine. An overwhelming morning and dinner buffet, with everything you could ever want.

Friendly clean warm Hotel…..

Very nice hotel, lovely staff, great restaurant, very clean, beds very comfortable, mini bar, no room service, no kettle in room, we weren’t happy with our original room as it was a corner room, this reducing the roof height due to corner trusses, with that the staff changed our room with no issues whatsoever… book room with a mountain view and balcony… the rooms are very warm, room service everyday if required… ski lockers provided 1 minute walk from reception.

OK hotel

It was an ok hotel, quite big and a bit of a pain to get to the spa. The rooms were a bit dated though and could do with a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was excellent.

Simply Superb!

Spotless hotel in an amazing place in the resort. Right next to the Gondola, with ski lockers and all facilities catered for. Choosing a Junior Suite room, access to the Spa was included, which was really worthwhile. Our room and all the public rooms had terrific views out over the mountain, which were simply wonderful. The staff were incredibly efficient, helpful and professional. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and all of superb quality. I’d have no hesitation in returning to this hotel - superb!

Beautiful location and facility. Very nice and relaxing. We would definitely come back. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Perhaps the best staff we've encountered in a hotel setting, and we travel a lot. Only problem: NO air in the room. Nothing. And it was hot. So, we had to leave the door to the terrace open. BUT they were in the middle of construction. So, at 7:30 am every morning we were awakened by jack hammers. We were not advised of this construction. I would give a "0" to hotel management for this!!! But, the beauty of the setting and the off the chart professional nature of the staff encourage me to give them good ratings. I would imagine in the winter there's no need for air. But the room got stuffy with the door being open.
