Fridge not cleaned from previous occupant. No cups or glasses. Dirty floor. No one at front desk until we yelled loudly. Used toiletries (moisturizer).

This is a very unkept, dirty property. With no shower curtain, open outlet, stained carpet, moldy skylight. It was the worst property I have stayed in. I did some research and they are closing 10/31. So obviously the owners just don't care about it's customers.

The place is huge, has a great location, it’s quiet and the beds are comfortable. You can’t hear everything happening outside of your room. That is the positives to this place. It is not clean. Coffee was still splattered across the TV guide, most lights were flickering or did not work, fingerprints from previous guest all over the magnifying mirror. Not sure if they own a vacuum due to the filthy hallway and room carpet. All docks surrounding the hotel are private and you are not allowed to crab or fish off them (main reason for our trip).

The carpet in the room we were assigned was filthy, also the strong order of mildew in the room was horrendous. So my wife and I returned the room key 10 minutes after receiving them and checked out of this establishment. The front desk associate was outstanding, she was contrite, sympathetic and accommodating. But no, I will not be recommending this establishment. It is defiantly due for a major property update!
