Great view of the sea at breakfast. I was expecting more for a 5 star hotel. When we checked in, the staff was rude. They did not provide any information about the breakfast or shuttle. I had to ask about it. Good thing I knew to ask about it or else I would have never known. We also did not get the room we had reserved and paid for in advance. It is a 15 minute walk from the center of town which is ok to do in the day not at night. The shuttle only runs from 9:10am-6:55pm.

We apologize for any perceived rudeness and the lack of proactive information, unfortunately in date of your check-in we had healthy problem with one of our employe and was not able to be more proactive than our used standard.Regarding rooms we inform you that we had reservation for 1 person but we promptly added a third bed for your guest with no one additional cost for you.We appreciate your observation about the shuttle service hours and the distance from the town center. Wonderful staff. Amazing views. 20 minute walk to city center. No amenities. Great location for day trips to Amalfi & Capri. Breakfast was diverse and open until 10:30 am!

Romantic stay

Front desk was excellent, especially Amundo. He went above and beyond to make our trip most memorable. Hotel was exceptional. I particularly love the lounge bar when Ivan the bartender made amazing cocktails.
