I am not happy with the new norm of charging for parking. The $15 they hold back from the security deposit is just a money grab. Who’s trying to sneak into their lot?

Despite paying for my room through Hotels.com, I was charged a similar amount directly by the hotel. When I approached the front desk about the additional charges, they assured me these were just pending transactions that would eventually be removed. However, this turned out to be untrue, as confirmed upon my return home. Further complicating matters, when I revisited the front desk, I discovered my reservation hadn't been properly processed, even though I had already received my room keys—a definite red flag. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with their corporate office.
The hotel is noisy and there is no parking on the weekends.

Great place for families.
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsFront desk staff very friendly and welcomed us well. They explained where everything is. There is good selection of welcome drinks all day… coffee, tea, water. Breakfast was great. It was a full house at the hotel, but we had a good one night rest. We had 2 toddlers and a senior dog with us and we would stay there again.
