Check in wasn’t the best experience, during checkin I was charged the full price of the trip without my knowledge until I checked my bank statements. It should have been explained to me that I would see the full charge on my account, I was not expecting it since I had done the option from Travelocity to pay a portion beforehand and another portion would be charged during check in. Instead the employee that helped us told me there was no amount paid and they do not operate with Travelocity. I was stunned and worried. The amount that was charged went into the money I had for my entire trip, I right away got on chat with a agent from Travelocity and they helped me understand what the problem was and my issue was resolved. I do not recommend going about business like the employee at Secrets Inn handled it. Made me and my husband feel not welcomed and we were totally misinformed.

5 min walk to the beach!! Jacuzzi tub great for cold nights. Very romantic for couples.

4 things were broken/missing in the bathroom alone. You can hear /everything/ your neighbors are doing above or next to you. The jet tub seemed nice but not when particles of who knows what start coming out of the jets.

Convenient location and clean, cosy room with a much appreciated hot tub, would stay here again
