My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were so happy with our stay. The property was quiet, our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We walked to different dinner locations every night. The beach area was so peaceful to sit at and enjoy the lake and snow capped mountains. We enjoyed the fire pit every night and enjoyed talking with other guests. Although it is an older facility, it was so enjoyable and a great value for the money.

The hotel is great it’s like having your own personal hoe away from home. They have the supplies you need for cooking.

Rude staff
Posted Mar. 3, 2024 on HotelsThe worst place ever. What a rude staff. We couldn’t drive up to hotel due to heavy snow. They were not kind to change our . When I called and said we are unable to make it there and I said it is almost impossible to drive, she said “ that is not my problem -and we can’t help you. You take it or lose it.

Clean and comfortable
Posted Mar. 3, 2024 on HotelsThe room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of dishes and supplies for us to use. During the snow storm, the front desk associate was helpful in getting us into a room with our toddler before check in time to avoid the cold. The manager later in the evening, however, was rude as they were trying to navigate their system during power outages. While we appreciate all of the help we received, the communication by the manager was very offputting. If you can avoid her, the property and cleanliness is a plus!

Great location. Good unit. The only downside is the noise from neighbors, the walls and floors are not well insulated. Other than that it’s great.

Absolutely loved this property. It's not to big where you feel like a number and has a lot of amenities. The firepits and heated pool were awesome. I left my watch at the hot tub and Gwenn at the front desk was able to help me get it back. Excellent service. Love this place, will only stay here now.
