If you have any issue with your room don’t bother to ask for help because they won’t bother to give it. Worst experience I’ve ever had at South Padre

The property was very clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful when you needed something. I loved the breakfast and the made to order omelettes. There was lots of choice every day for breakfast. I didn’t like the beds. They were very hard and squeaky. I think overall, the property is really just fine and I think the staff are exceptional.

Staff made our stay very nice

The staff was constantly cleaning the hotel. We didn't require daily service, but asked for towels or kleenex or a blanket, which were all provided. The front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast room staff were always very pleasant.
