Very hot, stuffy and noisy due to works going on in car park. Room is very small. Good price and convenient for the cruise terminal though. Disabled parking get 1 night free.

Ok for a night

Clean and comfortable bed but no chair just a nasty plastic stool. No shelf to unpack suitcase. What there was, was just wide enough for a few personal posessions. Disappointed that there was no kettle and makings. Kettle £10 extra from reception. Also booking details indicated car parking surcharge in the small print but not how much. Turned out was £10 a DAY! £10 a stay might just about be accpetable (shoudlnt reallyhave to pay at all, as thee is nowhere else to park) but £10 a day when there is no possible alternative is daylight robbery. With no actual bathroom, just a cubicle in the bedroom its more like a B&B than a hotel. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressue in the shower, so in that respect, better than a B&B.

However I am sure you can understand that it is private owned and is a set charge.

Awful

People taking drugs out side the front door. Pissed people begging for money inside the hotel. Woken up at 3am with people banging and shouting. Rats running around the front door. even though it was cheap hotel, wouldn't expect much but this was awful, should booked one of the hotels next to it, never again.

Hi! We are sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations. We have a zero drug policy inside of our hotels, outside, in a city, it is harder to police. Rats are also quite common in cities, however, our strict cleaning standards and attention to detail keeps them outside of our premises. We do hope to get the chance to serve you again in the future.

The place was fairly easy to find especially at night and it was convenient from the coach station. The staff were very welcoming and helped us out with kettles and microwaves in the cold weather. The rooms are very modern and minimalistic. Definitely worth the price and the whole. Place has been maintained very well! Very happy and satisfied with our stay.
