The staff was very friendly but the hall floors had who knows what spilled on them the beds were broke down trash in mini fridge .

We’ve stayed at this property for years, even before it was the Centennial. This was hands down our worst experience. We had a 2 queen room that overlooked the park and it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. We had our suitcases laid out in the hallway by the bathroom due to lack of space. And I knew this upon booking, but my kids were extremely disappointed that the pool was outdoors and not indoors. The beds were uncomfortable and warped. And the biggest issue, which is not necessarily the hotels fault, but our room was in a further away wing from the lobby and 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, we were woken up at midnight by a group of kids that were screaming, running and banging on doors. My husband handled it, but the hotel should do a better job of monitoring rooms/areas that are further away from the lobby. Aside from the negative, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately we will probably not choose to stay here again.

Great Stay, A Few Flaws

We traveled for state basketball. I don’t know that the hotel planned their employees for lots of kids running around and they seemed to be rather annoyed even though we were spending plenty of money in the restaurant and bar. Our room was great with a great view. However, we asked for our room to be cleaned and they did not do that so we had to go ask for towels daily. We also had a giant outdoor light outside our window that would brightly shine into the room at night even with the drapes drawn.

Not up to Davenport standards

The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were insanely overpuffed, one of the televisions in our suite didn't work properly and there was only one remote for 2 TVs. The suite had a loveseat and a strange chair that didn't fill the space and were uncomfortable. The shower was weak and there was no way to keep the water from going everywhere. The parking and location were very convenient, and the check in person was nice. I could've done without the multiple emails and texts trying to upsell me. One is enough.
